Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it has been placed. An order is considered shipped once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your selected address. During peak periods and holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Delivery Times

To reduce unnecessary CO₂ emissions, we ship orders directly from the manufacturing location to you. By avoiding additional distribution centres, delivery may take slightly longer, but this helps reduce environmental impact.

🌍 International: 6–15 business days

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays in transit and tracking updates that are outside of our control. International shipments may also be subject to customs delays, which can extend delivery times beyond the estimates above.

Order Changes and Shipping Details

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are correct and complete at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or cancellation.

If our system detects an issue with your address, our support team will contact you within 3 business days to verify your details. If no response is received, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@orthonis.co. We will do our best to update your order, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this timeframe.

Delayed Delivery

We understand that timely delivery is important and we do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to factors outside our control.

These may include courier delays, weather conditions, transport disruptions, customs processing, or other unforeseen issues. We will work with the carrier to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible.

Additional delays may occur due to product availability, address verification issues, or payment processing delays. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Orthonis is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. However, we will always keep you informed and assist where possible.

Item Not Received

If your tracking shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to locate your package. Once the parcel is with the carrier, we no longer have control over it.

In some cases, tracking information may not update due to technical issues. If you cannot locate your package, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
